How do I place an order?

You just need to choose the product you like, specify the name and font you prefer for the engraving, then add shipping details and choose a payment method. You will receive an e-mail to your address right after placing the order with a summary of your purchase. You can find a full guide in the Shopping page.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay either through Paypal (you don’t need to create an account), with any card, with a bank transfer (you will receive all the details after placing the order), or with a Postepay reload (also in this case you will be sent the details after placing the order).

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery

Is it possible to have a logo engraved?

Yes, you just need to type “logo” in the engraving text field; then, reply to the order confirmation e-mail by sending your logo as a .pdf or .ai file. It is important for the logo to be in high definition to ensure a higher precision.

 

How does the engraving work?

We use a powerful high-precision laser to customize the chosen products. We do not use any kind of acid substances that could damage metals.

How does shipping work?

As soon as the payment process is completed, the product is engraved, hand-sharpened and shipped on that same day or the following day. Products are shipped by courier and are delivered in 3 working days to Italy. You can find additional details in the shipping guide page.

Which courier is in charge of shipping?

When shipping to Italy, we usually choose SDA Crono Express, that offers a 3-working day shipping and a reliable tracking. When shipping to foreign countries we ship by UPS. Shipping costs are calculated during the payment step.

How do I know where my parcel is located?

As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with all the details and a tracking number you just need to type in the courier website.

Can I get a promo code?

Yes, promo codes are shared for special events on our social networks (Arrotino Dalla Costa Luca on Facebook and Instagram).

How does the gift box option work?

The product will be wrapped in a hand-sewn recycled paper package, that will be shipped with a blank receipt so that you can order and ship directly to the addressee.

Can I ask for an invoice?

Of course, all products usually come with a normal receipt, but if you need an invoice you just need to ask for it by sending an e-mail right after placing the order (max. in 1 hour during working hours).

Can I shop directly at your workshop?

Of course! All products on our website are also available in our shop; in addition, the engraving and sharpening of the products will be done at the time of purchase. In about 15 minutes your items will be ready to be used.
